Our services

We are committed to delivering solutions customised to meet your needs and offer a range of products and services.

Create a Will

A Will is your voice after you're gone. It ensures that your assets are distributed as you desire or intend.

Don't leave your legacy to chance. Without a proper Will, you will not be able to direct how or to who your estate is distributed.

Whether you're creating your first Will or revisiting an existing one, we're here to guide you and ensure that what you have goes where you want it to go.

Estate Administration

Experiencing loss is never easy. Enacting the Will of a family member or friend to ensure their assets are distributed according to their wishes can be a tedious, time-consuming, and emotionally draining process.

This process can be even more challenging when loved ones die intestate (without a valid will).

Our approach to estate administration is sensitive and caring. We are here to assist with applying for grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and handle notional estates.

Enduring Guardian

An Enduring Guardian document lets you appoint a trusted person to make decisions about your care in case you cannot do so. For example, if you were to fall into a coma.

It is important that your Guardians understand what kind of care you would want or refuse, what to do with pets, your religious, cultural and other views, or other important details and preferences.

Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney (POA) document lets you appoint a trusted person to handle your financial matters on your behalf at a time of your choice - e.g. immediately, if you become incapacitated, when you travel overseas, or for a certain period of time - and uphold commitments such as rent, mortgage, utilities, insurances, medical bills, or charitable gifts.
